Broker Associate / Broker

Continuing education: 21 hours per renewal cycle.

Consumer complaints are filed through OREC's Investigations Division. The commission reviews each complaint, may open a formal investigation, and can refer matters to a hearing examiner. Disciplinary outcomes range from reprimand to license revocation.

Transaction Coordinators in Oklahoma
Oklahoma does not separately license transaction coordinators. Anyone performing acts of brokerage — including negotiating, listing, or marketing — must hold an OREC license.
