SMS Consent & Opt-in Process

Users opt-in during account creation at docjacket.com by entering their phone number and checking a consent box to receive SMS notifications.

Information Provided to Users:

• The purpose of the messages (deadline reminders, status updates, and compliance alerts)
• Standard message and data rates disclosure
• Clear opt-out instructions
• Links to Terms and Privacy Policy

Opt-out Method

DocJacket processes all opt-out requests immediately upon receipt and maintains comprehensive records of user consent status. Users can opt out in the following ways:

• Reply "STOP" to any SMS message
• Disable SMS notifications in account settings at docjacket.com

Once a user has opted out, all SMS communications will immediately cease, and their opt-out preference will be recorded in our system.

Compliance Measures

DocJacket implements the following measures to ensure compliance with SMS regulations:
