What counts as a new transaction file?
A transaction counts once when a new, legitimate transaction file is opened during the billing month. Active transactions carried over from previous months and archived transactions do not count again.
Additional documents, amendments, signature requests, emails or messages, duplicate files, test transactions, and historical transactions imported for storage or reference are not counted as separate transactions.
