Nebraska Real Estate License Requirements
Salesperson
Exam- Pre-license hours: 60

Broker

- Experience: Active salesperson experience within the prior five years, plus additional broker-track coursework.
Continuing education: 18 hours per renewal cycle.
Filing Complaints
Consumers and licensees may file written complaints with the commission. The commission investigates and may order a formal hearing before an administrative officer. Penalties include censure, additional education, civil fines, suspension, and revocation.
