AREC accepts written complaints by mail or through its online portal. Staff investigators review each complaint, and the commission may convene a formal hearing. Sanctions range from civil fines through license revocation, and the commission may order restitution where consumers suffered financial harm.

Transaction Coordinators in Arkansas
