You provide student email addresses, and each student receives a secure invite link. Students sign in using Google or Microsoft OAuth and are automatically placed into a sandbox workspace created for your cohort.

What is included in the sandbox environment?

Each student receives a private TC workspace, transaction workflows designed for independent TCs, automation tools and AI assistance, the ability to practice client workflows and deadlines, and a transaction quota suitable for training.

How long do sandboxes remain active?

Student sandboxes remain active for the length of your program, and can be extended if needed to support post-cohort practice. This gives students time to complete their training and review their work.

Do students need to pay to participate?

No. Practice access is provided during training at no cost to students. Students who choose to launch their TC business can upgrade independently to a paid account after training expires.

What if my students already use DocJacket?

Existing DocJacket users can still be placed into your training cohort sandbox. If they upgrade later and no referral exists, your program receives attribution based on the invite token.

How does the revenue share work for training partners?
